Belajar dari GO-JEK’s 10 Values.

Selalu menyenangkan belajar dari culture sebuah perusahaan yang terbukti memberikan dampak yang besar terhadap sosial.

Malam ini, saat artikel ditulis saya sedang berada di kereta api perjalanan dari Jakarta ke Surabaya.

Ceritanya selama 3 hari saya berada di Jakarta untuk mengikuti sebuah acara Ramadhan Campus dan Workshop Copywriting yang diadakan oleh Kampus Umar Usman.

Dalam acara tersebut sering ditekankan tentang pentingnya personal development dalam meraih sebuah goal.

Sebuah kebiasaan baik atau banyak deh, kebiasaan baik yang kita lakukan setiap harinya.

Dan kebiasaan tersebut bisa berubah dan dilatih sesuai kemauan kita.

Hubungannya dengan judul diatas, saya mau memberikan pesan bahwa kita bisa belajar dari kebiasaan tim di Gojek dalam bekerja tanpa harus menunggu bergabung dengan mereka.

Dengan membiasakan budaya ini di perusahaan kita saat ini, kita akan memiliki something yang spesial terhadap diri sendiri maupun perusahaan.
